This local company has overbuilt in all the urban areas with their ubiquitous rectangle loft homes that are better suited again to Manhattan or San Francisco where land is at a premium and people don't mind paying millions of dollars to live in "urban" areas where one's neighbors may or may not have a crack/meth and or homeless problem.
