The McGuire Is Coming Down……Right Now.
The McGuire dispute was one of the most interesting legal dilemmas facing construction in the Seattle area. In the end, along with the City of Seattle’s support, they were able to push the dispute through private mediation and get it resolved with what I am sure became a myriad of different insurers.
