But I always finish that sentence by telling you to make sure you tie your features back to the benefit to your client or customer, but I got an email over the weekend from a reader who said they were confused about the two. As a marketing guy, it is easy for me to swerve in and out of the two concepts seamlessly, but if you are having trouble distinguishing between your features and benefits, then help is on the way.
