Come to find out, those public works concrete jobs are going at a fraction of what he would have bid them for, so we decided to bid on some other public works landscaping jobs. At a minimum, all you really need is a business license and a contractor’s registration. Obtaining your contractor’s license (called a contractor registration in Washington) is rather simple.
