BUILDERS COUNSEL | THURSDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2011 Teams Bid For Chance to Resurrect Green Building Nightmare One of the most famous LEED Certified failures is on the mend and four contractors have submitted bids to bring it back to glory. The Statesman Journal reported this week that a total of four contractors have submitted timely bids to resurrect the Salem Courthouse Square Building. My earlier article on the RFP stated that a mandatory pre- bid meeting was scheduled for earlier this month.
