The USGBC formally announced its Operations and Maintenance certification for LEED Volume users, earlier this week. The new program allows businesses with a high volume of buildings to streamline and simplify LEED certification for their new and existing buildings. You can learn more about O&M certification by following this link. My initial skim of the certification program does not indicate that they are planning on incorporating this device.
