TRAIN4TRADESKILLS FEBRUARY 17, 2012 Green Light for New Homes in London Hammersmith and Fulham Council has given the green light to a new residential development in West London which will build more than 800 homes and create hundreds of new jobs in the building construction industry. The Council’s decision to grant a planning permission allows property developer, Capital & Counties Properties (Capco), to fulfil its application of replacing a car park site in Earls Court with high quality new homes.
