With increasingly higher demand for professionals in the renewable sector, the UK’s environmental charity organisation, Global Action Plan and global management consultant Accenture , have launched a two-year collaborative partnership to help young people gain the necessary skills for the emerging green economy. The scheme will provide green skills development for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds or those who are not currently in education or training, to build their employability skills, offer new opportunities and address the current skills shortage in the green sector.
