However, better salaries don’t always equal greater job satisfaction; only 24% of those earning £25,000 – £29,999 are dissatisfied in their job, compared to 27% earning between £35,000 and £49,999. Unemployment in the UK has fallen, but the amount of young people out of work has risen. So what can the construction industry do help to address this issue.
